
Nutoras Pure Cultured Cow Ghee (1Lt - 15 Lt)
Nutoras cultured cow ghee is made from the milk of free-range grass-fed cows that are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. The cultured butter is heated and the milk solids are separated from the pure butterfat through a traditional Indian method of slow cooking and straining.
During this process, the milk solids are caramelized, giving the ghee a nutty, rich flavor and a golden color. The remaining pure butterfat is then further cooked to remove any remaining moisture, resulting in a smooth and pure final product.
Nutoras cultured cow ghee is also considered to be a healthier alternative to ghee. It also has a high smoke point, making it an excellent choice for cooking and baking at high temperatures.
